"As a former art director and graphic designer in Sweden, my passion is to arrange things beautifully,
whether it’s on a page or in a room".
My name is Ulrika Edin. I live in the beautiful Napa Valley, feeling blessed by beautiful scenery, happy kids, amazing friends and of course good wine. I have professionally worked with design for over 30 years. My first 15 years in advertising, marketing and branding, renovating properties as a hobby. I inherited the 'fix-it' gene growing up with parents as constant renovators and big scale real estate investors. Now with 30 years experience, flipping houses, I'm quite an expert in low-investment ideas that deliver highest interest response from buyers.
I have the knowledge what fixes brings the highest ROI when preparing your property for sale.
As an experienced designer I know how to prepare the bones of a home even before the styling begins.
Approaching midlife, I realized I wanted to live and work for a purpose. To follow my passion with a mission.
Create, organize and design is my passion. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle is my mission.
Let’s go back to where it all began, The Garden of Eden. Life in a state of purity and innocence. No pollution. No fake foods. No pesticides. No preservatives. No chemical contaminants spreading through our air, soil, water, food and ecosystems.
Through my travels all over the world I’ve learned to be respectful to Mother Earth. We constantly need to be reminded and educated about taking better care of our planet.
I believe in repurposing and up-cycle. I often create and build something I need out of something I already have. I buy quality over quantity for things I use everyday. Yes, it’s more expensive, but it saves money in the long run and you end up buying less.
Whatever we call it: Paradise, Elysium, Shangri-La or Heaven, Napa Valley is my paradise. The place I find peace, prosperity, and happiness. My mission is to keep it that way!

A conscious business for sustainable living.
